FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental surgery, and can be used to simulate acute dynamic intestinal obstruction experimentally. Laboratory rats of the Wistar line are orally administered Loperamide in dose of 0.09 mg/day per kilogram of body weight with the interval between administrations of 12 hours twice day for 3 days.
EFFECT: method provides improved reproducibility in simulating acute dynamic intestinal obstruction by oral administration of Loperamide preparation to rats, which is a non-invasive method of modeling acute dynamic intestinal obstruction.
