SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to experimental surgery, and can be used to develop various methods of surgical treatment of patients with intestinal fistulas. For this, a fistula is modeled on the fistula of the duodenum (PDC). Allocate and mobilize the descending part of the KDP. Lead the loop of the WPC outward. Crosswise cut the anterior wall of the gut by 1/3 of the lumen. Then laparotomic wound is sutured layer by layer with nylon threads so that the loop of the DPC remains outside, keeping a partial passage of the gastro-duodenal contents through the intestine.
EFFECT: use of the invention simplifies the method of modeling the fistula, prevents the side effect on the body of the laboratory animal leading to its death by forming an incomplete intestinal fistula.
