FIELD: food industry; household devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to household devices for production of alcoholic beverages, in particular to distillation columns, and can be used for production of alcoholic beverages of various strength from low-alcoholic to pure alcohol in domestic conditions on one apparatus both from traditional and from complex carbohydrate/amyloid raw material. Main units and parts of the device are modules with possibility of rearrangement, providing operation of the device in modes of production of all stages of production of alcohol: saccharification mode, fermentation mode, mode of simple distillation, alcohol rectification mode, wherein in maximum configuration for distillation mode, distillator comprises distillation cube with detachable cover, a thermometer and a drain valve, a false bottom, an opaque column-ring installed on the detachable cover, a transparent column-ring installed on it from above, equipped with pins, a bleed unit installed on the transparent ring, a sampling unit made in the form of a pipe with a side branch pipe, equipped with a sight glass and a sleeve for thermometer; ball valve installed on the side branch pipe of the withdrawal unit, made with a bent down at angle of 90 degrees with a tap, a heat exchanger-condenser, fixed to the tap of the ball valve, an outlet spout of the ready product, fixed to the heat exchanger, heat exchanger-refluxer is fixed on top flange of bleeder, on top there is a plug with tubing for equalizing pressure in column; flexible tube connected to lower fitting of heat exchanger-condenser, flexible tube connecting condenser and dephlegmator, flexible tube for removal of heat carrier from dephlegmator.

EFFECT: technical result is expansion of functional capabilities due to modular design of device with possibility of transformation into four versions of assembly for all stages of production of pure alcohol on one device.
