FIELD: alcoholic beverages production.
SUBSTANCE: distiller-transformer, containing components and parts of the device: a distillation equipment, a false bottom, side beams, a shell-and-tube multi-tube heat exchanger-reflux condenser, flexible tubes, a sampling unit connected by fastening systems and having control sensors, while the components and parts are modules with the possibility of rearrangement, ensuring the operation of the device in the production modes of all stages of alcohol production: saccharification mode, fermentation mode, simple distillation mode, alcohol rectification mode. At the same time, the distillation equipment is made with an annular rim pressed inward in the wall at a distance of not more than one third from the bottom; the side beam is made in the form of a hollow metal column, insulated from the outside with a heat insulation, installed on the lid of the distillation equipment, with the possibility of installing more than two tiers one on top of the other; the side beam is filled with nozzles of various types: the lower part of the side beam is up to 10 percent of the volume of the side beam with a regular nozzle made of metal wire, the rest of the volume is filled with a spiral-prismatic nozzle; the sample unit contains a metal bowl with a lateral liquid outlet, with a reflux concentrator in the form of tubes from the heat exchanger-reflux condenser to the bottom of the bowl, while the outlet tubes from the holes in the central part of the bottom of the bowl are connected to the side beam attachment; side walls of the body of the sample unit are made of heat-resistant glass, the sample unit is fixed to the heat exchanger-reflux condenser with the help of pins; a shell-and-tube multi-tube heat exchanger-reflux condenser has ribs inside in the form of plates with holes for turbulent movement of the refrigerant for greater heat transfer; on top of the reflux condenser, using the “clamp” mount, a plug is installed, equipped with a tube for connecting with the atmosphere; the aftercooler of the distillate is made in the form of a shell-and-tube heat exchanger equipped with a valve for adjusting the sampling of finished alcohol; the heat exchanger fittings are equipped with flexible tubes for supplying and discharging refrigerant.
EFFECT: increasing the distiller's productivity while maintaining the quality of the final product.
