FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of distillation and rectification of carbon-containing liquids into flammable liquids and can be used in hydrolysis, sulfite-alcohol and petroleum refining industries, as well as in the processing industries of the agroindustrial complex. Method of distillation of liquids with fractionation, in which a liquid is heated from the tanks walls in which it is contained, is evaporated, creating an excessive vapor pressure, and under the influence of excessive pressure, evaporation is transferred through the filters inside a vertical tubular coaxial tank of the shell to a condensing refrigerator, converting evaporation – vapors – into liquid, is characterized in that only the upper surface of the liquid inside the container is heated to directional-focused radiation in the near infrared region to a predetermined temperature, which is continuously measured and maintained as specified by the voltage-temperature auto-regulator, and evaporation – vapors – are forcibly removed from the tank by means of an ejector, which creates a vacuum and installed at the outlet end the condensate of the discharge pipe from the refrigerator, automatically setting, continuously measuring and maintaining a predetermined level of liquid in the tank, continuously transmitting data on the level to the control unit – gauge-regulator of the differential pressure of the compressor, which is pneumatically connected simultaneously with the moving bottom moving piston system inside the tank, in which the movable bottom is a piston and with an ejector, an infrared light photoresistor is used to measure the liquid level inside the tank, and the tank walls are made transparent.

EFFECT: very little heating energy intensity, high level of level maintenance, continuous operation for 24 hours.
