FIELD: power machine building.
SUBSTANCE: cooled turbine stator blade in a turbine engine comprises a turbine stator blade comprising an elongated aerodynamic profile comprising outer wall 34 and inner wall 33. Turbine stator blade requires cooling at least during operation of the turbine. Insert 40 of stator blade is inserted into hollow pocket 37 of aerodynamic profile and is attached to platform of blade of stator of turbine. Soldered heat-transfer element 20 comprises thin film 10 containing heat-transfer element 20 built into the surface of thin film 10 and configured to take the shape of the surface of inner wall 33 of the cooled blade of the turbine stator. Film 10 is attached to surface of inner wall 33 by brazing material so that film 10 is located between turbine stator blade 30 and insert 40. Note here that stator vane insert 40 comprises a plurality of openings to direct air flow to heat transfer element 20 of thin film 10. Also disclosed are turbine stator cooled blade assembly and turbine component cooling method in turbine engine.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of component heat transfer ability.
