FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: turbine blade consists of support structure and shell enveloping support structure and connected to it forming space between them for flow of cooling medium by means of multitude of spacers. Each spacer corresponds to a solder ball by soldering connected to the support structure and shell. Another invention of the group refers to the procedure of manufacture of the above said turbine blade, according to which the shell is soldered along surface to the support structure in multitude of points of the support structure for connection and forming space between them. The shell is point-wise connected to the support structure by means of multitude of spacers distributed in plane. The spacers correspond to solder balls only partially melted during connection of the support structure with the shell.
EFFECT: raise efficiency of blade cooling; simplification of manufacture.
