FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to device for diagnostics of voltage sensor. Control device includes main multiplier circuit, subordinate multiplier circuit and fault diagnosis circuit. Main circuit of the multiplier receives the circuit voltage as the input reference voltage [Vin] and outputs the signal which is non-inverted by amplification as a defined value of the circuit voltage. Subordinate circuit of the multiplier receives voltage [Vin] of the circuit as an input reference voltage and outputs a signal gain-inverted amplified relative to a non-inverted amplification output signal from the main circuit of the multiplier as a defined value of the circuit voltage. Fault diagnosis circuit diagnoses faults in main circuit of multiplier and subordinate circuit of multiplier, which are voltage sensors, based on non-boosted output signal (output signal [Vout] of main multiplier circuit) from the main multiplier circuit and the output inverted signal (output signal [Vout] of the subordinate multiplier circuit) from the slave circuit of the multiplier.
EFFECT: technical result consists in detection of faults, in which determined voltage values of chain voltage proper vary in one and the same direction.
