SUBSTANCE: information encoding method includes encoding an input bit sequence using a low density parity check (LDPC) matrix, where the base matrix of the LDPC matrix is a matrix of m rows and n columns, m is an integer greater than or equal to 5, and n is an integer greater than or equal to 27; base graph includes at least submatrix A and submatrix B; submatrix A is a matrix of five rows and 22 columns; and submatrix B is a matrix of five rows and five columns, and submatrix B includes column, whose weight is equal to 3, and submatrix B' with bidiagonal structure. According to the encoding method, a hardware device, a communication device and a communication system in the present invention can support requirements for encoding information bit sequences with multiple lengths.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of processing information.
