FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to subscriber connection and device for its implementation. For this purpose, interaction of switching unit SSP with network node, performing connection functions of subscribers over network with packet switching, which interacts via coordinated program APIs with a mobile device MS/UE of a called subscriber over a packet switched network and with server-side software and hardware network node OTT of application of called subscriber performing conversion of connection setup data with circuit switching into data of connection establishment with packet switching.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of changing call charging, which is carried out in IMS domains of both operators as a traditional voice call in case, when a voice call is made over IP networks, which significantly reduces costs of a cellular operator NP for making calls by a subscriber by reducing payments to operators for partners for transit and "landing" ("termination") of voice traffic.
