FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air cooling apparatus for conducting heat exchange processes between air and hot heat carrier using movable channels (rotating tubes) and can be used in gas, chemical and oil refining industry. Apparatus consists of staggered bundle of tubes, spiral tapes, angles, closed type bearings, tube grids, nozzles for inlet and outlet of hot heat carrier. Spiral tape is rigidly installed in each pipe. Rectangular angles are welded to external surface of pipes by their one end. Corners on outer surface of pipe are arranged in rows, in staggered order, and on external surface of one pipe there are eight rows of angles, and in adjacent rows, angles are directed with right angle to opposite sides.
EFFECT: increased intensity of heat exchange; reduced material consumption of apparatus.
