SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packet for cigarettes (10) having outer pack (26), mainly in the form of pack with hinged cover (Hinge-Lid type), with box part (27) and with installed on box part (27) with possibility of tilting cover (28), and inner pack (12) with surrounding, predominantly on all sides, at least one group of cigarettes as content of pack cut with workpiece (13) of packaging material, wherein inner pack (12) has intake opening (19) for possibility of consumers access to contents of pack, and wherein internal pack (12) has closing means, first of all, covering cover plate (20), which by means of at least partially detachable gluing is fixed on inner pack (12) and for access to intake hole (19) or to contents of pack is removed from inner pack (12).

EFFECT: invention is characterized by that to form intake opening (19) cut workpiece (13) is equipped with opening, which is closed by closing device, wherein said closing means has overlapping area, which in the closed position of the closing means on all sides or along the circumference surrounds the hole and is connected by means of gluing to the surrounding from all sides hole area of cut workpiece (13), and that on closing means, on side facing inner pack (12), by means of gluing separate cut out workpiece (39) of packing material is fixed, which in the closed position of the closing means completely covers the hole and the overlapping area (X) on all sides protrudes beyond the hole edge.
