SUBSTANCE: in method at least one group of cigarettes is wrapped into inner wrapper, inserted into pocket of folding revolving mechanism and packed into cut billet. At least one size of at least one group of cigarettes does not correspond to the corresponding size of the internal space of the pack and this difference is compensated for by means of at least one insert by wrapping the insert into the inner wrapper together with at least one group of cigarettes. At that, at least one group of cigarettes and at least one insert are introduced into appropriate receiving seats of conveyor, first of all into separate receiving seats of chain conveyor pocket with pockets, are transmitted together in their longitudinal direction into common receiving seat of adjoining conveyor, first of all, of transfer revolving mechanism, and from this conveyor is transferred in direction of device for wrapping of contents of pack in inner wrapper. Insert or each insert and a group of cigarettes or each group of cigarettes separately and/or successively are introduced into a separate receptacle seat of the chain conveyor, the contents of the pocket as the contents of the pack are shifted together in the longitudinal direction to the adjoining transfer revolver mechanism, which has a common insert pocket or each insert and a group of cigarettes or each group of cigarettes, mainly in such a way that transmission from the chain conveyor to the revolving mechanism takes place in the direction of movement of the chain conveyor. Diameter of the direction change area is selected such that the pocket of the chain conveyor and the pocket of the transfer revolving mechanism are located on the same line in the direction of transfer of the contents of the pack. Invention also relates to corresponding device and pack for cigarettes.

EFFECT: group of inventions ensures simplification of package packing with different sizes.
