FIELD: heat and power industry; other industries; swirling furnaces and the methods of operation of the swirling furnaces.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of operation of the swirling furnaces and to the swirling furnaces. The offered method provides for feeding of the ground solid fuel in the mixtures with the air into the zone of the afterburning and return of the unburned fuel-ash product into the afterburning zone. The amount of this product returned into the afterburning zone is adjusted depending on the quality of the fuel and the product. This method is realized in the swirling-type furnace, which includes the combustion chamber with the cold funnel formed by the slopes of the lower parts of the walls of the combustion chamber, and the device of the lower blowing mounted under the mouth of at the cold funnel. On the combustion chamber wall there is the installed inclined downwards burner for feeding of the air- fuel mixture. On the wall of the combustion chamber in the afterburning zone of there is the additional burner. The ash-catcher mounted behind the combustion chamber, by means of the circulating ash channel is connected with the indicated additional burner. The circulating ash channel is supplied with the regulator of the coal-ash mixture consumption. The invention allows to burn the solid ground fuel without usage the dust-preparation devices with the high completeness ensuring at that production of the steam of the necessary high parameters.
