FIELD: medicine; orthopedics; manual therapy; neurology; osteopathy.

SUBSTANCE: pre-examination of position of sacrum and symphysis of pubic ligament is performed. If observing the sacral bone disorder, it is necessary to lie on the side opposite to the revealed dysfunction, bend the arm in the shoulder and elbow joints and place under the head, leg to bend in hip and knee joints. For the stable position of the body lying on its side, the base of the palm of the other hand, where the thenar is the thumb elevation and the hypothenar is the base of the little finger, to rest in area of sacroiliac joint—SJ. Other leg should be stretched along the body, draw air into the lungs, hold breath for 10–15 seconds, then exhale, simultaneously pressing palms base on area of SJ with force of not more than 1–1.5 kg, and to try to pull a leg along body downwards. Repeat technique three times in a row. If observing pelvic bone displacement within the pubic articulation, it is necessary to lie on the back, bend the legs in the hip and knee joints, and put the heels together closer to the body. Throw knitted waist belt with ring or ring-connected rope or towel to make ring enveloping knees. Collect air into lungs, hold breath for 10–15 seconds, while simultaneously trying to elbow with knees to stretch retaining knees ring in sides. Then, without shifting position of legs, remove belt, place object between knees with width of not less than 20 cm, to collect air into lungs, hold breath for 10–15 seconds, simultaneously trying with knees to compress an object which is installed between knees, exhalation. Repeat technique two consecutive times.

EFFECT: invention allows ridding servicemen and any person from spinal problems that occur throughout life, as well as independently eliminate the wrong spinal position.
