FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method includes spreading intervertebral spaces with the derotation of the vertebrae with the application of a device for the rehabilitation of the spine and joints, which contains a wedge-shaped device, made spreadable of two semi-wedges, adjoining each other with flat sides. The semi-wedges are provided with upper and lower handles with a spring installed between them for their return and fitting of the semi-wedges. The device additionally contains a handle for clamping, pressing and turning the semi-wedges. One surface of the handle is made anatomically copying the contours of the hand palm surface, with the lower surface anatomically copying the palm surface of 2-5 palm fingers. The handle has a slot for a monolithic projection on the upper handle, making it possible to install the handle from the horizontal to vertical position when it rotates on a bolt, inserted into a hole in the handle and projection. Holes, providing the fixation of the handle in a required position by inserting a pin in them, are made in the upper part of the projection. The semi-wedges, passing into the handles, have a flat joining surface, with working planes with hollows, anatomically copying the contours of the butt end part of articular processes and pasted with a softening material, are made on the reverse side. A rest for the hand on the upper handle has a surface, anatomically similar to the surface between 1 and 2 palm fingers, and a hole for the thumb. First, the device is used to enlarge the intervertebral spaces, starting with S1-L5, then overlying, by an impact with the device semi-wedges on transverse processes with the further elimination of antero- or retrolisthesis and rotation of the vertebrae. After that, the transverse axis of the pelvis is matched with the axis of the shoulder girdle in the frontal plane, traction of the thoraco-lumbar, and lumbar parts is performed on a couch with the lifted foot end with loop fixation of the shorter extremity in the ankle area. Then, the wedge-shaped part of the device is introduced between rudiments of spinous processes on the base and lower part of the sacrum and the derotation of the sacrococcygeal joint is realised. After a complex of impacts reclinators, pads, heel pads are used.
EFFECT: reduced consumption medical personnel labour, setting elements of the spine and its joints into the normal anatomical position, the possibility of elongation of time intervals between rehabilitation sessions.
