SUBSTANCE: invention relates to LED construction elements, mainly to autonomous LED paving stones with solar panels-batteries, which can be used for paving pedestrian paths and crossings, sidewalks, bicycle paths, access roads at gasoline stations (filling stations), lower illumination of the territory of country houses, entertainment and shopping centers, for installation in swimming pools, fountains, streams and reservoirs with partial and full immersion. In addition, it can be used for internal and external interior decoration. The LED element is freely removable and disconnectable from several separate devices, and the assembly is one solid, sealed and well-sealing device. The base, made in the form of a lower lid, has a round hole in the center, in which a mechanism for changing the gap is placed with a U-shaped vertical frame installed. Inside the case there are LEDs, a solar panel and a battery compartment.

EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of the connection of all elements in the structure, as well as the strength, reliability and durability of the connections of the LED construction element, the simplicity of the installation and dismantling work performed.
