FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for removal of dissolved gases from liquid and can be used in various technological processes, where dissolved gas distorts desired result. Liquid degassing device includes an external cylinder made with possibility of rotation with constant speed relative to its axis, and located in the reservoir an internal cylinder with eccentricity, also made with possibility of rotation with constant speed relative to its axis in direction opposite to external cylinder direction of rotation, wherein cylinders are made with radii, where ratio of inner cylinder radius to outer cylinder radius is 0.5–0.8 at outer cylinder radius from 1 to 8 cm, and are installed with clearance between their side walls from 0.05 to 0.1 mm. To ensure degassing process gap between cylindrical container walls and inner cylinder is filled with liquid, followed by initiating cyclic process of cylinders rotation and their stopping to ensure required degassing of liquid, wherein linear rotation speed of inner cylinder makes value equal to 0.2–0.4 of linear rotation speed of outer cylinder.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is providing a simple and efficient degassing process by forming a chain of cavitation bubbles of larger size than with conventional pressure reduction, and creation of conditions providing their forced removal from liquid, and, consequently, reduced dissolved gas in liquid.
