FIELD: radar ranging and radio navigation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radar ranging and can be used to determine current location and trajectory of aircraft. Technical result is achieved by complex use of phase direction finder and radio range-finder as composite elements of patented device, which provides measurement of angular coordinates and distance to object. Use of the radio range-finding device as a part of the antenna complex of a larger size than the antennas of the phase direction-finder enables to considerably increase the sensitivity of the complex.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing measurement of angular coordinates and distance to the object and high accuracy of these measurements, which, in its turn, enables to more accurately determine the location of the object and trajectory of its movement.
