FIELD: moulding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a blow mold, a blow molding mold manufacturing method and use of a blow mold in blowing processes, such as pressure and blow molding (ISBM), injection-blow molding (IBM) or extrusion blow molding (EBM) and for all articles from all plastics, which can be blown by these technologies, such as produced by blow molding articles made of polyesters (PET, PETG, etc.) and polyolefins (PP, PE, etc.). Blow mold comprises at least first and second elements of blow mold, which inset the recess; at least one insert having a raised surface to form a pattern on the surface molded by blowing, wherein said at least one insert is connected to surface of at least one of first and/or second element of blow mold, to form a part of the wall of the product molded by blowing. Blow mold is ISBM-blow mold and said blow mold is such that at least one insert is a plate, having wall thickness between 0.2 mm and 2.0 mm, said at least one insert is attached to at least one of first and/or second element of blow mold by reversible attachment, selected from a group consisting of adhesives, preferably double-sided adhesive tape, magnet and geometric means.
EFFECT: invention provides a blow mold with a very flexible and adaptable embossed surface, a mold, which is suitable for multiple exposure to high pressure forces during blowing process, in particular to large pressure forces (up to 50 bar), which occur during ISBM-blowing process.
