FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device and method for stabilizing dynamic loads in systems for feeding a bit to the face. Device for stabilizing dynamic loads in differential systems for feeding a bit to the edges of machines of rock drilling machines of blast holes (RDM) includes a mass of a supply system with a support unit, drilling rig with bit, two plunger hydraulic cylinders of pneumatic hydraulic suspension of drilling rod with plungers, which bodies are fixed on RDM housing, and their plunger cavities are connected by high-pressure pipeline, to which pneumatic hydraulic accumulator is connected, an adjustable throttle and a check valve. Flexible link of working ropes through system of blocks and movable ends of ropes of supply system are connected with mass of feed system with support assembly, drill rod, rolling bit and bottomhole. High-pressure plunger oil station with an adjustable electric drive is introduced into the high-pressure hydraulic pipeline, which is connected to a pneumatic hydraulic accumulator through a ball valve and a parallel-connected check valve and an adjustable throttle. Plungers of hydraulic cylinders of pneumatic hydraulic suspension are connected in movable units with working cables of supply system, acting forces in which are equal and counter-directed.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of drilling machines by stabilizing level of dynamic loads in the entire range of operating modes using differential system of supplying the bit to the face, allowing to select dynamic pressure component on bottomhole from full pressure on face, reduce own frequency of supply system and provide stabilization of dynamic loads in pneumatic-hydraulic suspension of drill rod.
