SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for stabilizing dynamic loads in a system for feeding a working member to the bottom of a roller-bit drilling rig (RBDR) of blast holes. Device includes a mass of a supply system with a support assembly, a drilling assembly with a rolling bit, two plunger hydraulic cylinders, the housings of which are fixed on the RBDR body in the attachment assembly, and their plunger cavities are connected by a high-pressure hydraulic line, to which are connected: a high-pressure plunger oil station with a controlled electric drive, a pneumatic hydraulic accumulator through an adjustable throttle, a check valve and a ball valve. Between the mass and the plunger hydraulic cylinders there are two friction drives with flexible traction elements, tackle systems with the adopted multiplicity factors and two devices for generating acting forces, each of which consists of two rectangular links, two of which are fixed together with housings of hydraulic cylinders are connected to RBDR housing, and the other two are movable, shifted relative to fixed links by 90°, on which, depending on the multiplicity of tackles, the corresponding number of blocks on one axis is installed. A differential system for feeding the bit to the bottomhole by friction drives with flexible traction elements is formed.

EFFECT: improvement of efficiency of RBDR with rope-tackle feed system with friction drive with a flexible pulling member by stabilizing the level of dynamic loads in the entire range of operating modes using a differential system for feeding the bit to the bottomhole, which enables to extract the dynamic pressure component from the total pressure on the bottomhole, to reduce the intrinsic frequency of the feed system and to ensure stabilization of dynamic loads in the pneumohydraulic suspension of the drilling rod.
