FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing concrete mixture and heat-resistant concrete articles suitable for making refractory lining industrial heaters, operating at temperature of up to 1,300 °C, in particular for brick lining and other heat-insulating aggregates lining. Method of manufacturing heat-resistant concrete mixture based on base components containing aluminosilicate binder, wherein the basic components used are production wastes, wt %: ashes of Troitskaya State Regional Power Plant—13.8...14.8, electric steel melting slag—14.8...15.2, etching solution of aluminum alloy—41.9...42.6, and copper smelting production slag—27.4 or 29.5. Manufacturing process is carried out in three stages: at the first stage, it is subjected to heat treatment in a reactor at temperature of 145...150 °C and pH 7.7...8.5 for 3 hours, mixture of State Regional Power Plant ash, electric steel melting slag and spent solution of silumin etching, at the same time aluminosilicate bond is formed, which is transferred to the second stage into high-speed mixer, at the same time for the second stage, dump copper-smelting slag is ground in the dismembrator to particle size of 5...8 mm and is transferred to the aluminosilicate bond, the obtained mixture is mixed and transferred to third stage in combined drier of "boiling bed", in which it is dried at temperature 145...150 °C for 15...20 minutes and simultaneously milled into particle size of 3...5 mm. Also described is a method of making articles from heat-resistant concrete mixture based on base components containing an aluminosilicate binder using said method.
EFFECT: technical task of the proposed invention is use for production of heat-resistant concrete mixture of production wastes, processed with low power consumption, and production of heat-resistant concrete articles based on it with higher strength and heat resistance.
