FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of building materials, in particular to the production of heat-insulating products, and can be used in the production of heat-insulating material, light concrete, as well as plates for the protection of thermal furnaces and trolleys. The method for producing thermal insulation material includes thorough mixing, grinding and heat treatment in three stages of the components of the composition, including, weight percentage: waste from the production of liquid glass-sludge from settling tanks after dust collectors, containing, weight percentage: NaSiO3 0.83; NaOH 0.54; CaO 0.61; Al2O3 1.83; Cr2O3 7.25; SiO2 60.1-67.6; H2O the rest, 30-35, fly ash 31-32, solid caustic alkali 20-21, fly dust obtained by calcining limestone 4-5, waste-asbestos coke with a particle size of 1-2 mm, 5-6 mm, water being the rest; moreover, at the first stage, the waste from the production of liquid glass is mixed in the reactor with a solid caustic alkali at an increase in temperature to 60°C and pH to 9.0 with the formation of liquid glass with admixtures of calcium, aluminum and chromium oxides, the calculated amount of fly ash is added, the temperature is increased to 140-150°C and pH to 9.5 for 4-5 hours and an alumosilicate adhesive is obtained in the form of a suspension, which is transferred to a two-roll mixer; at the second stage, the asbestos coke crushed in a dismembrator to a particle size of 1-2 mm is mixed in the specified volumes with the fly dust of limestone, water and condensate, transferred to a two-roll mixer to the suspension, after the mixing is completed, the mixture enters the third stage in a combined “fluidized bed” dryer, where it is dried at a temperature of 190-210°C and at the same time are crushed to 10-15 microns, then a salad-colored heat-insulating material containing an alumosilicate glue-binder and alumina cement is obtained.
EFFECT: increased strength, provided is possibility of obtaining a heat-insulating material of salad color, simplification of the technological process of its production, waste disposal.
