FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aluminosilicate adhesive industry. To obtain an adhesive bond, sodium alkali solution is brought into contact with silicon-containing production waste at 150–160 °C for 1.5–2 hours, mechanochemical treatment and separation of the precipitate from the adhesive bond are performed. Resulting suspension is separated on the filter on the filtrate and the precipitate. Filtrate is dried in a spray dryer at 120 °C for 2 hours to obtain an aluminosilicate adhesive bond. As silicon-containing wastes, wastes from the production of ferroalloys – microsilica ferrosilicochrome, aluminum-containing wastes – spent solutions of duralumin or silumin etching are used in the following molar ratio of components: SiO2 : (0.8–0.9) Na2O : (0.16–0.2) Al2O3. After the end of the main reaction, waste solutions of zinc alloy etching are added in the amount of 4.5–4.8 wt.%.
EFFECT: reduction of the duration of the technological cycle, the consumption of water and alkali and the increase in the strength characteristics of the adhesive bond are provided.
