FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry, specifically to production of heterogeneous catalysts for liquid-phase oxidation of organic compounds (including derivatives of phenols), and can be used in enterprises of various industries for carrying out oxidation reactions, as well as for catalytic treatment of waste water from toxic organic contaminants. Heterogeneous catalyst for liquid-phase oxidation of organic compounds contains a carrier modified with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, glutaric dialdehyde as a cross-linking agent and horseradish peroxidase as an active component, in which the carrier is magnetic nanoparticles Fe3O4, modified SiO2, with the following ratio of components, wt. %: Fe3O4 - 34.2÷34.6; SiO2 41.0÷41.4; 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane - 18.3÷18.8; glutaric dialdehyde - 3.8÷4.0; horseradish periton - 1.9÷2.0. Method for producing a heterogeneous catalyst for liquid-phase oxidation of organic compounds involves reacting an enzyme-containing solution with a modified solution to obtain aldehyde groups on the surface with a carrier, wherein the support used is magnetic nanoparticles of Fe3O4. Carrier modification involves mixing it with SiO2, suspending the obtained powder in solution of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, adding glutaric dialdehyde solution to the mixture, horseradish peroxidase solution, stirring, washing with distilled water and drying at room temperature until constant weight.
EFFECT: technical result is high activity, selectivity, operational stability of heterogeneous catalyst in reaction of liquid-phase oxidation of organic compounds with hydrogen peroxide and its ability to separate from reaction medium due to use of solid carrier with large surface area, highly reactive amino groups on surface and magnetic properties.
