FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a heterogeneous catalyst for liquid-phase oxidation of glucose and technology for production thereof and can be used in chemical and pharmaceutical industry for production of components of food products and biologically active additives, such as gluconic acid and calcium gluconate. Magnetically separated glucose oxidation catalyst containing as a carrier magnetic nanoparticles of Fe3O4 modified with chitosan and sodium tripolyphosphate, and glucose oxidase from Aspergillus niger, is characterized by that the carrier additionally contains acetylcysteine. Ratio of catalyst components in wt.% is: Fe3O4 – 82.65÷83.22, chitosan – 8.25÷8.35, sodium tripolyphosphate – 1.61÷1.71, acetylcysteine – 0.80÷0.86, glucose oxidase – 6.12÷6.32.
EFFECT: high activity, selectivity and stability of the catalyst in the glucose oxidation reaction, as well as its ability to be separated from the reaction medium.
