FIELD: packaging and storage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packing, particularly, to packing powdery powder materials and to packing machine with container making device. Method of forming packaging material, in which packing tape is fed from horizontal guide roller into horizontal slot formed by plane of guide roller and end face of horizontally located plate, lower plane of which is combined with upper plane of foldable packing tape. Angle between plane of packing tape and horizontal plane on section from its run-off from guide roller to line of contact with end of horizontal plate is equal to or greater than angle between plane of packing tape and horizontal plane on section from line of contact of packing tape with end of horizontal plate to input of folded packing tape into vertical slot formed by guide elements. Vertical slot is made in form of ellipse, in which large axis is located in horizontal plane at distance from upper edge of folded packing tape, equal to half width of packing tape, and the center of the ellipse is at a distance equal to the horizontal distance from the contact line of the packing tape with the end of the horizontal plate in the direction opposite to the direction of movement of the packaging material.

EFFECT: invention ensures uninterrupted supply of packing material for packing of loose products and reduction of overall dimensions of the technological line.
