FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment, in particular to stands for testing springs for strength, and is intended for fatigue testing of springs for durability in a given load range. The device contains an oscillating drive and a test unit. The oscillating drive is made in the form of a spring drive consisting of a pneumatic cylinder and tested springs mounted in the test unit, the pneumatic cylinder is mounted vertically with the rod up. The test unit is mounted above the pneumatic cylinder by means of a support plate mounted on top of the end face of the pneumatic cylinder. In this case, the test unit contains lower and upper parallel plates connected by a detachable connection using radially placed guides made with the possibility of ensuring structural rigidity and moving a disk mounted on the end of the pneumatic cylinder rod along them. The tested springs are mounted on top and bottom of the mentioned disk between the upper and lower plates, the pneumatic cylinder is equipped with sensors for the position of its piston, located symmetrically relative to its average position. The pneumatic cylinder is controlled from the control unit using pneumatic air distributors, while for the initial pre-deformation of the tested springs, a pneumatic distributor of pre-deformation of the springs is mounted in the line between one of the pneumatic distributors and the rod cavity of the pneumatic cylinder.
