FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology, and can be used for treating erectile dysfunction (ED) associated with treatment of localized prostate cancer (LPC) by radical prostatectomy (RPE) or brachytherapy (BT). Method according to the invention involves injections of autoplasma enriched with thrombocyte growth factors (AET) activated with 10 % calcium chloride, in penis and muscles involved in act of erection with subsequent application of tightening tourniquet on base of penis for 15 minutes - once week for 6 weeks. Additionally, extracorporal shock-wave therapy (ESWT), local negative pressure (LNP), type 5 phosphodiesterase inhibitors (PDE-5) can be performed.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides higher clinical effectiveness in erectile dysfunction developed after treatment of localized prostate cancer by radical prostatectomy or brachytherapy, recovery of night, morning and spontaneous erections.
