FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to urology. For treating male infertility, autoplasma enriched with platelet growth factors is used (AEG), as well as extracorporeal shock-wave therapy (ESWT), and various combinations of regimens and doses are used. AEG is injected intratheciliaryly and/or intranicalicularly once week for 6 weeks. ESWT session involves 2,000 impulses on testicles and testicular epididymis once or twice week for 6 weeks.
EFFECT: method enables providing the growth of sperm cell energy supply, improving cell processes associated with sperm cell formation and maturation, increasing the level of FSH, thereby increasing the effectiveness of treating male infertility, including idiopathic.
