SUBSTANCE: limiting device (100) comprises oscillator (200) and is configured to lock this oscillator (200) supported by tourbillon (300) carriage (10) or carrousel, wherein carriage (10) comprises carriage (5) of carriage, driven by clock power (1000) source (400) or clock mechanism (800) by a system of gear wheels, and supports trigger mechanism (700) interacting with oscillator (200) and containing trigger wheel tribrable (201); wherein this device (100) comprises control bar (3) interacting with a control element located outside of tourbillon (300) or carousel, for pushing, in fact, in radial direction relative to carriage axis (D), elastic strip (4) made with possibility of pressing on carriage (5) of carriage for carriage (10) stopping, at transition of control element from initial position into working position and stay at distance from wheel (5) of carriage, when control element is in its initial position.
