FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of measuring pumped fluid flow rate by an asynchronous electric drive of centrifugal pumps. Measuring instantaneous values of currents and voltages of stator of asynchronous motor, determining modulus of stator voltage vector, stator current vector modulus, instantaneous values of currents and voltages of asynchronous motor stator are determined; module of stator voltage vector, module of stator current vector is supplied to input of artificial neural network, by means of artificial neural network, preliminary trained according to experimental data of centrifugal pump operation with asynchronous electric drive at various input actions both on side of frequency and amplitude of supply voltage, and from side of hydraulic resistance, using the detected by the artificial neural network when learning the relationship between the input and output data, determining the intermediate values by the liquid flow formula, filtering the data, thereby determining instantaneous volume flow rate of centrifugal pump with asynchronous electric drive.
