SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for determining the flow rate of a centrifugal pump with an asynchronous electric drive. The instantaneous values of currents and voltages of the stator of an asynchronous motor are measured, three-phase values of currents and voltages are converted into two-phase components of currents and voltages. At each of the time intervals, a matrix of coefficients of the equations of state of the induction motor is compiled, the matrix of error covariances is determined, the matrix gain of the Kalman filter is determined, the vector of output values is determined, the components of which are used to calculate the electromagnetic torque and the angular speed of rotation of the rotor developed by the asynchronous electric motor. According to the values of the electromagnetic moment and the angular velocity of rotation of the rotor, the instantaneous hydraulic power developed by the centrifugal pump is determined. Using the values of the instantaneous hydraulic power and the angular speed of rotation of the rotor of an asynchronous motor, the instantaneous volumetric flow rate of a centrifugal pump is determined.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of determining the instantaneous volumetric flow rate of a centrifugal pump with an asynchronous electric drive under conditions of input signal noise.
