FIELD: optics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of information and measurement technology. Proposed fibre-optic sensor of parameters of liquid and air flows comprises a housing in which there is a measuring transducer in form of a reflecting plate, supply and discharge optical fibres, with one end of radiation coupled to the source and receiver respectively, and by another end located at distance X relative to reflecting plate, as well as separating element, on which from the side of flow submersible sensing element is fixed. Reflecting plate is fixed by one end from the inner side of the separating element made in the form of a rigid plate. On the side of the flow there is a bellows installed in the body, one end of which is tightly connected to the separating element, and the other end is tightly connected to the body. Receiving element is located inside the bellows, and its free end protrudes beyond the body.

EFFECT: higher sensitivity of converting measurement information, manufacturability and reliability of the structure, accuracy of measurements of flow parameters of transparent and opaque liquids and possibility of measurement by the same design of the device of air flows parameters, provision of absolute spark-explosion-fire safety.
