FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery. Suture-holder on the non-traumatic needle with the absorbable suture is applied on the pancreatic stump on the upper and lower edges and at distance of 0.8–1.0 cm from the edge of the cut and by 0.5–0.7 cm from the upper and lower edges in the direction to Wirsung duct with suture sagging conditions between fixed edges. In the gastric silicone probe with diameter of 4.5–5.1 mm, deepening of 2–3 mm is made in the distal hole. Silicone conductor is introduced into the gastric probe so that the latter passes through the obtained recess and rested against the distal end of the probe, then the gastric probe is brought into the stomach through the nasal passage into the gastrotomic opening on the posterior wall of the stomach, and brought into the abdominal cavity. After that, in the opposite direction, the conductor is tightened by 3–4 cm, freeing from the conductor a recess in the probe, into which the holder thread is immersed and blocked by inserting the conductor above the suture. Probe is pulled in 4–5 cm in the proximal direction; a distal semi-circle of the gastrotomic opening is pulled on the posterior surface of the pancreatic stump throughout its mobilized segment. Suture with which the gastric throat proximal to the anterior surface of the pancreas is sutured, the suture is continued in the opposite direction to fix the distal semi-circle of the gastrotomy opening and the posterior surface of the pancreatic stump to the beginning of fixation.

EFFECT: method enables the whole volume of the surgical intervention intracorporeally without wide accesses, improves the reliability of the anastomosis, reduces the period of using narcotic analgesics in the postoperative period, as well as the number of hospital stay days.
