SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dispensers, allowing to dispense products with one hand and additionally providing possibility of transportation and repeated application of package in multiple places. Dispenser package and method of using dispenser package including inner area, formed with upper surface, lower surface, front surface, rear surface, first side surface and second side surface, upper surface, including an opening for accessing the inner region, wherein the upper surface is releasably sealed by the upper valve, a lower surface, having an adhesive area with a coating on at least a portion of the lower surface, where the adhesive area is releasably coated with the sheet, where the sheet has at least the same area as the adhesive region, and where sheet is attached to lower surface of package in sheet attachment area.

EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility to allow user to fix napkin dispenser on any moderately or substantially dry and even surface, preferably clean surface, that it is possible to perform dispensing with one hand, as well as provide the possibility of movement or transportation of package when it is not used.
