FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed group of inventions relates to a polyorganosiloxane-based die, a method for production and use thereof, as well as to a method of forming a structured surface. Method for producing a polyorganosiloxane-based die includes obtaining a pattern comprising a surface carrying pattern, forming a first layer of a first curable composition on a pattern carrying surface such that the first layer comprises a relief pattern of the transferred pattern, partial hardening of the first layer, depositing a second layer from the second curable composition onto a partially cured first layer, co-curing the partially cured first layer and the second layer to form a cured first layer, having a first Young's module glued to a hardened second layer having a second Young's modulus smaller than Young's first modulus, depositing the third layer from the third curable composition on the second layer and curing the third layer to form a cured third layer glued onto the cured second layer. In addition, a polyorganosiloxane-based die obtained by the method, use thereof for the printing process and a method for imprinting using said method are disclosed.

EFFECT: disclosed group of inventions provides higher physical and mechanical properties of punching layer.
