FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a self-adjusting device for back support, which has an automatic means of adaptation of position for convenience of user. Self-adjusting back support device comprises a movable plate, a first set of sleeves connected to the movable plate, a horizontal axis on which the plate rotates, and a second set of sleeves, connected on one side to the horizontal axis and on the other side connected to the support, which can be itself back of a chair or a soft chair, with which self-adjusting back support device will be used, and which will be called already existing back, or which can be fixed back, forming part of device, and which in this case will be referred to as the back of the device. Axis is located at distance from seat surface from 12 to 33 cm. At least one of first and second sets of bushings is adjustable in height.
EFFECT: technical result is protection of lumbar region of back and reduced pressure on buttocks.
