SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials a mixture for sealing profile, in particular for window sealing profiles and door sealing profiles, as well as to methods of producing sealing profiles and to building elements, in particular to window elements or door elements, which contain sealing profile. Sealing profile is made of materials mixture, which has the following composition: from 5 to 60 vol % ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM), from 8 to 50 vol % copolymer, from 5 to 70 vol % of filler, from 0 to 40 vol % of plasticiser, from 0.1 to 5 vol % of sulfur accelerator/donor, from 0.05 to 5 vol % of sulfur, from 0.05 to 5 vol % peroxide, 0.05 to 3 vol % zinc oxide, wherein the copolymer is a copolymer of propylene and ethylene, an ethylene and butene copolymer, an ethylene and octene copolymer or an ethylene and propylene copolymer, and the copolymer is not cross-linked with sulfur.
