FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loose materials mixing and dissolving device, including horizontally installed housing, rotating on support rollers, inside of which there is a working member of unrelated rods, a loading and unloading window arranged on the side surface of the body. Device is characterized by that side surface of housing is made along Archimedean spiral, which before loading and unloading window along direction of housing rotation is made perforated, rods-rollers are made in the form of identical coils consisting of cylindrical end washers and cylindrical axes of their connecting, thickness of cylindrical end washers of coils is made equal to half of their diameter, normally to cylindrical surfaces of axes connecting cylindrical end washers of coils, cylindrical pins with height equal to two their diameters are installed in staggered order, free ends of cylindrical pins are mounted flush with cylindrical surface of cylindrical end washers of coils, bottom under housing there is a pan with cover and fluid feed and discharge unions, upper cylindrical cover of tray is made perforated.

EFFECT: device has higher efficiency during mixing process, as well as at loose materials dissolution.
