FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mineral processing equipment and is intended for the disintegration and washing of sands and ores, including a banding clay. Device for mineral processing contains a charging hopper, a carrying frame, on which a cylindrical body is installed with the possibility of axial rotation, consisting of disintegrated, sowing and discharging rods sequentially arranged along its length, a water supply system, grinding elements mounted on the inner surface of the disintegrated rod, and a discharge chute. Grinding elements are made in the form of frame triangular pyramids with a pointed tip on top. Grinding elements are oriented with a side face in the direction of rotation of the body. Tip of a grinding element is made of a hard-alloy material. Grinding elements are staggered.
EFFECT: improvement of the efficiency of breaking clay pans and improvement of the quality of enrichment products being produced.
