FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used at tinned food factories. Device comprises cylindrical housing equipped with screw guide and installed with possibility of rotation, hollow perforated rotor mounted in it, water supply unit, loading and unloading devices. Perforated rotor is made of perforated sections. Perforated subsections are mounted from two perforated subsections made of three or more pairs alternately interconnected by lateral sides, at least three isosceles perforated trapezoids and at least three isosceles perforated triangles. Side sides of perforated triangles and perforated trapezoids are equal to each other, and their bases are directed to different sides. Subsections are interconnected by larger bases of perforated trapezoids to form perforated sections. Perforated sections are interconnected so that bases of isosceles perforated triangles and base of isosceles perforated trapezoids of one section are connected to base of isosceles perforated triangles and bases of isosceles perforated trapezoids of the second section. Inside the perforated rotor there is a spring of wave shape with round cross-section of turns. Spring is fitted with the device for changing of coil pitch by its extension or contraction.

EFFECT: use of invention improves quality of resulting product.
