SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural machine building, in particular to the seed material pre-sowing treatment equipment, and can be used for the small seed crops, such as carrots, sowing preparation. Seeds pre-seeding processing machine contains grinding drum, which inner surface is covered with the rubber layer, and the loading and unloading trunnions. Grinding drum is assembled from the assembled from two identical subsections sections. Drum is made of the three or more identical isosceles triangles even number, alternately connected around the subsection with three or more identical equilateral trapezoids perimeter, with the small and large end holes formation in the form of polygons. Small end opening sides number is twice the large end opening sides number and into the section two subsections are connected to each other by the large end openings sides. Sections are attached to each other along the drum length with their small end holes sides with the formation around the drum perimeter of the wave-like shaped at least six surfaces and directed towards each other broken helical lines at least three pairs.
