Device for storage and maintenance of water in regions with low ambient temperature in autonomous mode, consisting of a thermally insulated tank, a pump, cover and filling-draining pipeline, characterized by that inside the housing of a thermally insulated container body of constant volume with an aggregate compartment and a process compartment, a container is rigidly fixed to the floor by a saddle support and a band clamp, on the outer side of which the mesh is fixed, on which the electric heating cable is fixed by the fastening element, and also a heat-insulating layer of polyurethane foam is applied, warm air is supplied inside the body by a heating and ventilation unit connected through an electric wire to a diesel generator unit.

EFFECT: possibility of transportation, maintenance, intake and delivery of water in regions with low ambient temperature in autonomous mode.
