The mobile complex for a repair or search team comprises a two-link amphibious tracked vehicle consisting of a first (1) and a second (2) links connected by a rotary coupling apparatus (3). Located on the first link (1) is a sealed technical compartment (4) with the necessary technological equipment and tools. Located on the second link (2) is a passenger compartment (5) made in the form of a residential unit with areas for sleeping and resting, cooking and eating, equipment of the life support system for creating normal hygienic and climatic conditions, apparatuses for storing drinking water and water applied in apparatuses for personal hygiene.

EFFECT: invention ensures delivery of the team to hard-to-reach areas and performance of the necessary work, as well as autonomous comfortable living for 10 to 15 days in difficult climatic conditions.
