SUBSTANCE: invention is applied to equipment for well completion, and can be used in operations of multi-stage hydraulic fracturing. The device is designed to be installed in a casing string or in a casing packer in the form of a valve assembly. This assembly contains at least one sleeve with a through-hole seat. The landing socket is configured to accommodate at least one soluble ball, while the sleeve with the seat is made soluble. It is made of a metal or metal alloy that is corrosive in water-based technological well fluids. The soluble ball is made of a metal or metal alloy that is corrosive in water-based process well fluids. The dissolvable collar/sleeve is rigidly fixed in the insoluble casing collar on a doughnut with the sealing gasket. This gasket prevents fluids from overflowing from the area above the dissolving sleeve to the area below the dissolving sleeve. The surface of the soluble sleeve interacting with the ball is additionally equipped with at least one layer of protective material, which makes it possible to control the corrosion rate in aqueous technological well fluids in such a way that the corrosion rates of the soluble sleeve and the ball placed in the seat are equal or the corrosion rate of the soluble sleeve is less than ball corrosion rate.

EFFECT: technical result is to simplify the operation of multi-stage hydraulic fracturing by simplifying the means used.
