The plug is mounted on the saddle for throttling fluid communication between the wellbore casing and the medium surrounding the well. Pressure testing of the wellbore casing is performed. Without additional geotechnical measures, part of the plug in the wellbore is removed, what provides increased fluid communication between the wellbore casing and the medium surrounding the well. Treatment for the inflow stimulation in the medium surrounding the well is performed.
