FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device and a method for collecting liquid egg content and to a corresponding system for such method implementation. Device comprises an egg holder to place an egg substantially vertically, a device for opening eggs for cutting an egg at both ends, and a control device. Method includes the following sequence of steps: egg gripping substantially on both sides of egg parallel to its main axis, both ends of the egg are cut off and blown out to induce liquid contents to flow into the reservoir.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and hygiene, reduced content of shells in liquid content due to application of this invention.
