Proposed method comprises activation of dispenser outlet hole containing composition and propellant at location opposite target section. Kit contains a dispenser containing a composition and a propellant. Method of treating diaper ruptures involves placing an outlet opening of a dispenser opposite a target area of human skin and activating it, and then enabling composition to spread along target area.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides an effective composition for treating diaper rashes, with improved spreadability, acceptable viscosity of 10,000 to 40,000 cP, duration of foaming from 30 seconds to 2 minutes and stability.
